These terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time shall bindingly apply to all our services directly or indirectly. By accessing/browsing/using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

1. Acceptance to the "Use Of vTravels - Terms and Conditions"

Your access to and use of vTravels is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is explicitly unlawful or prohibited by the Terms and Conditions of this website. By using the Website you fully accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

The contents of vTravels website does not constitute an advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

vTravels reserves the right to:

None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

        6.3 vTravels makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
        6.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of vTravels for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of vTravels or that of its employees or agents.

7. Prices

The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the vTravels.in website are per room for one night stay for two guests only and are displayed excluding all taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email. Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific stay at a hotel, however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect of cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

8. Privacy

'vTravels.in' uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. 9. Payments

        9.1 Credit Card Payment
You can make payments to us using an online payment gateway system. There is no need to worry about your credit card details because your bank will authorize the transaction directly without informing us. In approximately 35 seconds (depending on your connection speed) your bank will issue an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Our payment gateway uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book our product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). You can be assured that vTravels offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. You can be assured that vTravels will not store your credit card details on our servers.

        9.2 Internet Banking
If you have a internet banking enabled bank account with any of the major banks in India, then you can also pay for your order through respective bank's net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. We processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transaction.

10. Free of Charge

We will not add any additional Reservation Fee to the room rate of the hotel you reserve your bookings for.

11. Cancellations

In case of cancellation from the customer end 50% of the Advance Booking Amount will be refunded to the Credit Card/Bank Account used for reservation. Cancellation is allowed up to five days prior to the date of check-in, after which reservation can not be cancelled. We will process all refunds within 7 business days, it might take 4 business days or more (Depending on you bank) to appear in your Credit Card/Bank Account.

You are required to report to the hotel on the date mentioned on the reservation slip on failure of which your reservation is liable to be cancelled without any refund. However for any change in your travel plan, you should contact the hotel, they might provide you services at their own free will.

Your accommodation booked with vTravels is subject to availability of vacant rooms at the selected Hotel. If Hotel fails to provide you the booked accommodation, you are eligible to claim the refund of Advance Booking Amount only, transaction fee and taxes (if any) are non refundable. Check-In and Check-Out time are variable from Hotel to Hotel.

Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon.

12. Content

The content on this website such as Hotel Details and Description, Rooms and Room Rates are updated directly by Hotels and may change from time to time. vTravels is not responsible in any way for any kind of discrepancy. vTravels acts as an intermediate agent only between you and the hotel, once you have made the reservation and paid the amount (as required), your reservation details will be transferred to concern hotel. Now it becomes the responsibility of hotel to provide the booked accommodation.

13. Indemnities

You agree to indemnify and hold vTravels and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against vTravels arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

14. Severances

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
